So what do I need to agree to?

We are excited to offer you free cell service through T-Mobile. But there are some expectations that come with receiving this benefit - read on below to make sure you agree.

By receiving a line of cell phone service from UtmostU, fellows agree to participate fully in the UtmostU program as outlined in the UtmostU program agreement and as directed by your coach.

You must respond to your assigned coach's outreach. This may be via a phone call, text, social media message, or in-person meeting.

You will provide your own T-Mobile compatible mobile device. UtmostU does not provide mobile devices.

You are 100% responsible for the costs associated with a lost/stolen/damaged T-Mobile SIM card.

Wifi usage should be utilized as much as possible, as large data overages may result in the termination of this agreement.

You are responsible for the charges accrued by any overages, international/charge calls, or any other additional expense outside of the T-Mobile regular usage plan.

You will continue to have access to T-Mobile data service for a maximum of 6 years or six months after college/program graduation, whichever comes first.

The T-Mobile cell service plan is contingent upon the donated support of T-Mobile and UtmostU.

Any national, state, local, college, or other laws or policies broken which pertain to the criminal misuse of this cell service will result in the immediate termination of the cell phone service and this agreement.

I understand that with this T-Mobile service, I will be assigned a new sim and phone number

I understand that with this T-Mobile service, once I exit UtmostU and/or graduate I will loose access to the T-Mobile phone number. I will not be able to keep or transfer the phone number to a new account.
